TotalEnergies Australia welcomes Jarrod Hughes to the #99 TotalEnergies Quartz Camaro as Erebus Motorsport confirms a driver change for the remainder of the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship.

Following an announcement from GM Motorsports, Erebus Motorsport and PremiAir Racing have agreed to a driver reshuffle focused on supporting the ongoing development of emerging talent within the GM driver pathway. Under the arrangement, Jarrod Hughes will take over driving duties in the #99 TotalEnergies Quartz Camaro for the balance of the 2026 season, while Cooper Murray moves to PremiAir Racing's second Camaro entry.

Hughes joins the TotalEnergies-backed entry after an impressive period of development with Erebus Motorsport. Having already gained valuable Supercars experience as an endurance co-driver, the move marks his first full-time opportunity in the championship and represents an important milestone in his racing career.

Erebus Motorsport CEO Barry Ryan said Hughes had earned the opportunity through his progression with the team.

Jarrod has shown us enough throughout his time with Erebus to know there is something there worth investing in. This is about giving him the chance to experience Supercars, learn the car and see how he handles the step up, but we're also looking at Jarrod as a longer-term prospect for Erebus.

As the Supercars season heads toward its final rounds, TotalEnergies Australia looks forward to supporting Jarrod Hughes in the #99 TotalEnergies Quartz Camaro and following his development on motorsport's biggest stage.
