TotalEnergies Announced as Naming Rights Partner for Cooper Murray's #99 Camaro in 2026
Erebus Motorsport is proud to announce TotalEnergies as the naming rights partner of Cooper Murray’s #99 Chevrolet Camaro for the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship season.
The partnership represents the continued commitment of TotalEnergies and its national distributor network to Erebus Motorsport, following their successful debut on Murray’s car at the 2025 Sandown 500 and season finale in Adelaide.
Stepping up as the full‑season naming rights partner for 2026, TotalEnergies’ branding will feature prominently across the #99 Camaro as the company strengthens its support of the team.
TotalEnergies is a global, broad-energy company that produces and markets a wide range of energies, including oil, biofuels, natural gas, green gases, renewables, and electricity, operating in more than 120 countries worldwide.
The TotalEnergies Quartz Camaro represents and showcases the capabilities of TotalEnergies and its nationwide distributor network, reflecting the brand’s leadership in high‑performance lubricants. Central to this is the Quartz range of advanced engine oils, engineered for durability, engine cleanliness and efficiency—qualities that align directly with Erebus Motorsport’s performance standards.
Erebus Motorsport CEO Barry Ryan said the partnership had grown since its introduction late last season.
“We really enjoyed working with TotalEnergies from the moment they came on board last year. They fit well with our team, they’re easy to work with, and they’ve taken a genuine interest in what we’re trying to build with Cooper and Jobe. It’s great to see that relationship grow into something bigger in 2026.”
Managing Director of TotalEnergies Marketing Australia Louis Haendler said Erebus had made the brand feel part of the team from day one.
“From our first event with Erebus, we were impressed by the professionalism, openness, and energy of the entire organisation. The team has been incredibly welcoming and collaborative, and there is a strong alignment between our businesses in terms of innovation, performance, and long‑term thinking. We’re excited to continue growing this partnership and to see the TotalEnergies brand represented on the TotalEnergies Quartz Camaro throughout the 2026 season, and it’s a fantastic opportunity to promote and showcase our top‑class Quartz range of engine oils.
Murray said he was looking forward to carrying the TotalEnergies branding full-time in 2026.
“The car looks awesome and it’s special to have TotalEnergies with me for the full season. They’ve supported me since Sandown last year and it means a lot to have that continuity in my second full-time season. I can’t wait to get to Sydney and get the year underway.”
The TotalEnergies Quartz Camaro will make its first on-track appearance of the season at the opening round of the 2026 Supercars Championship at Sydney Motorsport Park.
