Cash Sale Raffle & Gift Bag Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Promotion Overview
This promotion is open exclusively to customers who make in-person purchases at our physical shop counter in Western Australia (22 Wildfire Way, Maddington WA 6109). It includes entry into a raffle and eligibility for a complimentary gift bag, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Raffle Terms
Raffle Draw Date: The raffle entry closes at 3:00pm on Monday, 30 June 2025 and will be drawn at 5pm Monday 30th June. A winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone after the draw.
The Prize:
Total prize value $400 AUD.
Prize includes a camper picnic set containing:

Eligibility Criteria:
Purchases must be made in person at the physical shop counter.
The total invoice value must be over $50.00 excluding GST.
The sale must be processed at the full Cash Sale Price and paid through account 534326 - no exceptions.
The customer must provide:
Their full name and phone number on the raffle ticket butt.
Their mobile number entered in the "PO" field on the invoice.
One (1) raffle entry per customer per day.
Ticketing:
Customers will receive the detached portion of the ticket.
The retained portion with customer details will be used for the draw.
2. Gift Bag Terms
Gift Bag Options:
Option A: Beanie, Mug & USB Stick
Option B: Cap, Drink Bottle & Sunscreen
Eligibility Criteria:
Purchases must be made in person at the physical shop counter.
The total invoice value must be over $50.00 excluding GST.
The sale must be processed at the full Cash Sale Price on the customer's specific Cash Sale account and must be paid upon pick-up - no exceptions.
Gift bags are provided to the account holder only - not to employees, drivers, or other representatives.
Gift bag must be processed using Material Code 50044, with a clear description stating, "Beanie Gift Bag" or "Cap Gift Bag" on the invoice.
Limit of one (1) gift bag per customer for the entire promotion period.
General Conditions
This promotion is available for cash sale customers only and is not valid for online, phone, or account-based transactions.
